Company Profile
The French School of Singapore (LFS) is a private institution of Singapore law, approved by the French Ministry of National Education. It is bound by an agreement with the French state. It provides training for French students residing in Singapore, as well as many francophones, whose French is not necessarily the mother tongue. Students of the Singapore French Lycée are mainly French but more than twenty nationalities are also represented. The LFS is now home to nearly 2,405 students from kindergarten to graduation.
Job Description

The major duties include:

·        Assist in employee administration – onboarding and exit clearance

·        Prepare employment contracts

·        Manage HR database and leave records

·     Collate data and prepare reports on overtime/replacement hours

·        Compile statistical data for various surveys

·        Handle employee enquiries on administrative procedures

·        Update insurance records

·        Undertake any other additional duties in accordance to the HR operational requirements

·        According to this position, or in accordance with operational requirements.
