The successful candidate is to support the product marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities in Singapore.

Assist in all Marketing-related events.
o Sourcing and liaising with third party suppliers for events.
o Manage RSVP and administration tracking for events and parties.
o Manage the preparation and logistical arrangements for events and parties, including over-seeing and participating into the set-up, recruiting and briefing the part-timers / talents for marketing activities…
o Assist Product Managers to ensure that products are delivered accurately and punctually.
o Propose new ideas and new format within the budget to improve the customer engagement.
Support Product Managers to deliver counter / boutique animation plan.
o Responsible for monthly samples replenishment to the counters.
o Engage the field team to plan and execute the animations.
Assist the Product Managers in price maintenance and competitor studies.
o Responsible for New Product Prices file, ensuring the prices of new products are duly updated with accuracy.
o Maintain competitor pricing update.
o Conduct competitor studies with insights from the eyes of a millennial.
Support the new product HAS registration with the Office Admin, provide all necessary information such as artworks / visuals.
Assist Product Managers on ad hoc and time-sensitive projects (e.g. regional requests, PR and blogger events…)
Qualifications:
University students who wish to get in-depth knowledge in marketing and get exposed to a leading luxury beauty Brand – the House of Dior.
Appreciation of luxury universe.
Independent, highly motivated fast learner.
Positive attitude with good communication skills.
Enjoy team work, maintain good relationship with office and field team members
