L'Opera Group Pte Ltd specialises in Italian Cuisines and we are looking to bring more knowledge about Italian dining to the community. We currently have 3 outlets offering different dining experiences from casual to bistro cafe to fine dining. We offer french delights at our bistro cafe. We shall offer interns the chance to work under the different outlets to experience the difference in service providing and learn the various way of problem handling.

The person will be working with the Director/General Manager and Restaurant Manager and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:

• Seating Arrangements

• Order taking / Order serving

• Bartending, cashiering

• Planning staff's weekly roster

• Inventory taking, ordering

• Supervision of operations and team

• Menu Making, Creating Promotions

• Liaising with various suppliers

• Resolving complaints from guests if any

Students from the field of Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage may apply.
