Client Servicing / Admin Intern

LolliBox develops creativity in kids and saves time for busy parents by providing all of the inspiration and materials necessary for hours of imaginative play. With doorstep deliveries of activities designed to help kids discover, explore, and create things in the world around them, LolliBox brings hands-on fun and education right to your door.
Job Scope:
We are looking for Client Servicing / Admin intern who is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field or fresh graduate.
We have a 3-day work week option too.
Your role includes:
• Processing sales/ orders
• Provide day to day administrative support & and coordination duties
• Data entry & documentation
• Handle customer enquiries (phone/email)
• Other administrative/ ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words & MS Excel)
• Strong command of verbal and written English
• Customer-oriented
• Meticulous & eye for details
• Able to manage timeline and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
• Able to commit at least 2 months.
