Reporting to the Head of Marketplace Operations, you will be responsible for:
- addressing enquiries from Chinese speaking sellers
- making sure all seller enquiries are closed on time
- conducting root cause analysis and propose solutions for new enquiries/issues that that may rise
- designing and improving reports for PSC performance
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- majored in Customer Service or Hospitality Management preferred
- interest in the Internet / e-Commerce / e-tailing space
- working experience in a customer facing role, ideally customer service.
- some experience of working with a team from another office is preferred.
- business proficiency in Chinese
