Reporting to the Head of Marketplace Operations, you will be responsible for:
- analyzing and monitoring KPIs (including lead time, cancellations, customer satisfaction, returns, quality, stock levels) and operation performance
- business development of accounts & account reviews
- following-up on daily operations and improving overall Marketplace operations
- onboarding new sellers in order to get their products live on Lazada Marketplace and coach sellers on due diligence process, content guidelines (descriptions, images) and final approval for new accounts
- understanding the current system (Support Seller Center) capabilities and limitations and work with stakeholders to define business requirements
- coordinating the Marketplace seller center with all WH operations related to Marketplace
- giving feedback to Sales and KAMs, as well as Ops teams about the performance of the accounts, analysis of most common issues and development of next steps to solve them
- working closely with all sub-divisions of Operation for all operations related to Marketplace
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or alike
- 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in IT & commercial
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- high energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- excellent ability to work in a team in a regional / international environment
- project management skills
- demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- results driven & customer focused attitude
- fluency in English and Chinese is a plus
