Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
- providing administrative support to the HR Department
- updating and maintaining employees’ records and profile
- liaising with insurance companies on claims
- managing and verifying staff attendance records
- ad hoc general administrative support
- any other HR-related duties as assigned
- initiative and self-discipline
- the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
- good command of the English language
- the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- self-motivation with a very strong work ethic
- attention to details and be organized
