Job Description
We are looking for a highly-motivated product and business-savvy intern! You’re perfect for this role if you are passionate about eCommerce and like working on developing new products. As you settle in to this role, you will work on -

• Project management - Work in tandem with the business and technology team to understand product roadmap; translate customer requirements into platform features, organize stakeholder meetings and manage timelines.

• Product Management – Understand product from a business and technical perspective, test product from an end-user perspective, gather and table feedback, identify and suggest improvements during different phases of product development and rollout.

• Marketing - Create content for product marketing, sales and roadshows through market insights, surveys, interviews and customer feedback. Work with UI/UX team to build and optimize marketing website, upload and manage content.

• Marketing & analysis - Plan in organizing various marketing campaigns as well as post-campaign analysis of results.

• Business Development - Work directly with the Sales and business development team in delivering content for presentations and analysis during the on boarding of new customers


Skills/competencies required:

• Attention to detail

• Analytical

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project

• Strong willingness to learn

• Meticulous & Hardworking 

• Ability to commit for at least 4-6 months with potential to convert to permanent employment

• Confident ability to both write and speak well to a small group
