Project Management
Continuous improvement on spend data accuracy and vendor classification
Review monthly published FORCE pipeline, and identify gap with country procurement with Regional Category Manager (RCM) and country procurement (monthly call)
To maintain APAC Travel site (update hotel list, rates and refresh office location)
To develop Indirect Sharepoint site to store/archive documents
Assist RCMs on administration of RFx, including NDA process, analysis and vendor selection
Contract Management
Review top 10 vendors in each country and in each category, and ensure the contract is updated with latest KC’s term
Supplier Performance Evaluation Framework
Identify and develop standard supplier performance evaluation toolkit and process for indirect APAC procurement, in conjunction with local, regional and global team.
Oversee the implementation with RCM/Country Procurement, at minimum 2 key vendors in the ASEAN cluster. This will require travel to the country (2 trips)
Requirements
Have some commercial work experiences/exposures dealing with external vendors
Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly. Self-directed and motivated
Strong communications and project management skill
Experienced in using Microsoft office; especially in Excel and Powerpoint is a must
Ability to multi-task and work with diverse countries in APAC
Excellent written and verbal communication skill Fluent in English. Having a second Asian language would be highly beneficial
