After Julian attained Directorship in 2011, his management team encompassing Jason Wong, Marcus Tham, Esther Lam, Queenie Ang and senior planners focuses on developing young and aspiring associates to be professional leaders in area of sales and/or management in the financial planning profession. With a proven system in place, the agency has improved its recruitment and retention figures to be one of the fastest growing agencies presently. - Support in marketing activities and other aspects of financial services

Requirements:
“A” Levels / Recognized Diploma from local Polytechnics (Private Diploma subjected to evaluation)
Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
Fluent verbally in english and mandarin
