Johnson Controls Holding (S) Pte Ltd – Finance Intern

• Support with the production and care of CAPEX projects in SAP R3

• Support with the reporting of CAPEX projects; in particular, but not exclusive: Data preparation over the respective project conditions, Data preparation projects for the formation of the resetting in the customer system

• Preparation and completion of Value of Work Done

• Co-operation and communication with the asset ledger owner Shell of the project

• Agency if necessary with the project care of the accidents

• Finding economies and measuring them

Qualification:

 • Training in Financial Systems – preferably some book keeping experience

• Professional experience, preferably with experience in handling also to activating Economic goods

• Ability to network and communicate with the colleagues and the customer

• Pro-active

• Disciplined in meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently

• Competent in Excel 

• Desirable to have experience in the structure of project in SAP R3

• Good knowledge of English language
