Job Description
Provides first and second level support
Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per Servicedesk procedures & allocated timelines
Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
Logs relevant incident/service request details per Servicedesk procedures
Tracking and trending continuing technical issues for proactive attention.
Communicates with client regarding incident progress
Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved
Works with other teams to support customer IT infrastructure
(Opportunity to learn system/network/backup administration)
