1. Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information
Technology or equivalent, with 1 to 2 years’ experience in
computer support
2. Excellent in MS Office
3. Programming experience in asp.net, javascript, SQL Server
and MS Excel Macro.
4. Possess effective written and spoken communication skills
5. Well versed in helpdesk ticketing system in

6. Ability to work and communicate with employees at all levels

8. Excellent organization skills, time management and
prioritization skills in a fast-paced working environment
