Job Description

Infocomm@SME programme:

Conduct Research
(a) Conduct country scans on SME programmes  in leading countries for identified sectors (e.g. warehouse operators, bunker traders, shipping agents, chandlers)

(b) Conduct research (including face-to-face interviews and material research) on pain points of;  and  ICT solutions suitable for  identified sectors of SMEs

(c) Develop materials (such as presentation slides or papers) to present the research findings


Undertake Case Studies
(b) Interview SMEs selected for  CFC shortlisting, case study (to feature as success stories) or impact study (to affirm the benefits of infocomm adoption).
(c) Draft case or impact study write-ups.
(d) Organise media clippings, slides, articles, photos into a repository of SME Case and Impact Studies that can be pulled out readily for use in speeches, advertorials or media stories.
