Located in Singapore, Imerys Asia Pacific is the regional headquarter of Imerys Carbonates business. We support our business development projects and operations in Malaysia, China, India, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia etc.

Job Description

The HR intern aims at providing HR assistance to both managers and employees.

The missions of the HR intern are as follows:

Training :

-          Assist in Imerys Carbonates Asia Pacific Training Plan management and implementation

-          Training program registration and coordination with internal and external vendors

-          Provide first level training follow-up (evaluation, attendance sheet, etc)

Universities relationships :

-          Bring support to identify the relevant partnership with universities to implement where the Company is implemented

-          Identify the best strategy to implement the partnership with the countries and the region

-          Propose materials adapted to implement the strategy selected

-          Identify with the countries internship opportunities for the students and be involved in the selection process

Internal Communication:

-          Assess the current communication tools and propose new approach if relevant (sharepoint, newsletter…)

-          Assist in cascading group communication and project information to HR network

-          Ensure Carbonates regional HR users access to various e-platform of Imerys

Assist the HR Business Partner in her daily job (immigration, recruitment, projects, administrative tasks…)
