Who we are:
We are a young start-up in PlugIn@Blk71 on a mission to transform recruiting. We think that resumes are a horrible way to differentiate oneself. We believe in one’s ability to impress by doing one does.
If a job requires you to be good at something specific, you should be able to differentiate for that, not for your ability to write a great resume that gets picked up by bots.
We’re starting by changing how data scientists are hired. We create data-challenges for companies looking to hire data scientists. Our challenges are specialized screening tests that help them shortlist the best data-scientists for interviewing.
We’re lean but are growing fast. We’re thriving on revenue. Now we need someone who can take responsibility for all things marketing and prospecting. We will teach you and we will help you develop your skills. In return, we hope you love to experiment and teach us what you learn from it.
We need a go-getter. We need you to be able to know even before us what may be required to be done and do it. Initiative gets you brownie points.
What we’ll need from you:
Generate leads, however possible.
1. Prospecting for new clients on LinkedIn
2. Recommending people to get introduced to.
3. Learning enough about data science to be able to write blogs about it
4. Help in getting press coverage
5. Help us enhance how we communicate our value proposition
6. Marketing on social media

4. Pick up data science skills from two computer science Ph.Ds. (if you’re interested)
