We are a fast-growing hardware startup that's using technology to change the way people work. We are looking for a dynamic Firmware Engineer to join our Product Development Engineering team.
Your Task
As part of our Product Development Engineering team, you will be responsible for the design of firmware used in Ideal Workspace's products. Work with the rest of the design team to ensure that development milestones and deadlines are met.
Our main product is Aspirus, a smart standing workstation that is automated, customisable and offers healthcare motivation. You will mainly be working on the firmware for current or revised versions of Aspirus, or other new and innovative products, developing new devices, addressing design issues or maintaining existing products.
You will also be contributing to the development and continuous improvement of products across product lines.
Requirements:
Experience working with PIC32 micro-controller or equivalent
Experience with assembly level and C language development including the tools used to edit, compile/assemble and debug code in an embedded environment
Experience with interfacing with sensor data and motor driver
Experience with wireless communications including Bluetooth connectivity
Experience with User-facing UI design will be preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
