Job Description

Are you a fast learner? Would you describe yourself as service-driven and self-motivated? If you are capable of conversing fluently in English and Mandarin, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, we need you for entry-level customer care positions and sales-servicing. Duties include customer service and some tele-sales with sales incentives. Career path includes promotions to sales and/or technical service positions depending on suitability.

Incoming sales and basic technical-related enquiries (training will be provided) Some sales administration and tele-sales Handling service orders such as domain registrations

Requirements:

·         Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium on their hosting plans and services.

·         Provide level one technical support

·         Provide sales and information support

Able to perform shift work Good communication skills Ability to speak English and Mandarin (liaise with Chinese speaking clients) Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Working experience in telco/industry, call centre or other help desk context preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcome Some experience in sales field preferred

Must be service-oriented, having a pleasant personality is preferred Must be self-motivated Ability to work productively in a team Must be able to communicate intelligently and fluently in English Should be interested to excel in sales (sales incentives are provided) Should respond well under the challenge of demanding customer environment
