Job Description

In order to accelerate our growth and improve our customer relationship quality we’re very excited to welcome an ambitious Junior Client Relationship Consultant based in our Singapore team.


The Client Relationship Consultant acts as the HRBoss relationship Consultant for our Asian and Australasian based clients and is expected to attain trusted advisor status at all levels within the client including the senior management team, users of the HRBoss systems and the technical team. Is accountable for client satisfaction, value delivery, adoption and usage of HRBoss products and services.
The Client Relationship Consultant will gain a deep understanding of client needs in order to provide consultative support on workflow and best practice to support the clients’ use of HRBoss systems.
Working closely with the Client Solution Project managers and the Client Success manager, the Client Relationship Consultant will also develop, plan, manage and implement wider client relationship process initiatives across the region. This role will also be responsible for liaising across HRBoss to coordinate Client Relationship activities globally.

Reporting to the Client Solutions Senior Manager in Singapore the Client Relationship Consultant will be responsible for all key Global client relationships, ensuring timely and effective solutions to client business and technical challenges.

 
In order to complement our existing Client Solution team the perfect candidate:

·    Manages multiple key client relationships and offers wide-ranging advice regarding the business application of HRBoss solutions to ensure that clients achieve maximum value from HRBoss products and services;

·      Delivers proactive support to lead, manage and coordinate system adoption & utilisation including delivering demonstrations and training to clients;

·        Builds relationships, interacts and presents as a trusted advisor at all levels within the client including the management team, users of HRBoss products & services and the technical team;

·   Provide regular client relationship reports and service performance review documentation his/her management;

·   Supports the commercial growth of existing clients through identifying potential new business opportunities and collaborating with the HRBoss Sales team to influence and set client strategy for HRBoss products and services;

·         Acts as the client advocate within HRBoss to ensure that the clients’ interests are effectively taken into account;

·         Achieves consistently high levels of client satisfaction (both quantitative and qualitative);

·         Identify and deliver creative and innovative solutions to meet both client and HRBoss needs (both short term and strategic);

·         Collaborates with other CS teams to ensure consistent global client service, knowledge transfer and problem solving;

·         Ensures project management for, major bug fixes, system evolution release and the implementation of other HRBoss products and services;

·         Drives and manages client outreach for catastrophe response incidents;

·         Reports on client support activities using internal tools (Redmine, Zendesk, ….);

 
 The required Experience/Skills for this role are:

·    A good degree preferably in an Engineer, Coding or computer science subject (not essential for candidates with considerable experience or working knowledge of HR or Applicant Tracking software);

·         A proven and extensive track record of client service management or client relationship management within HR (strongly preferred), software services or a similar related field;

·      Strong knowledge with Java, Java script, html and CSS and the ability to communicate such concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is strongly preferred;

·         Verbal and written fluency in English is essential;

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills, and presentation and/or training skills;

·         Able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and diagnostics;

·         Strong networking and influencing skills;

·         Effective organisational and time-management skills;

·         Solid experience with MS office is essential.
