HomeAsia Marketing (Singapore) is a marketing company that provides exclusive services to major banks and established real estate developers in Singapore. Responsibilities:
•You will conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs. Your responsibilities include the cross selling of Consumer Banking products and delivering prompt, efficient and quality service to customers.
•Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (and if possible to exceed) committed targets in the relevant products, through telesales calls.
•Achieve the targets set in terms of disbursals, volume, number of customers, and segment mix.
•To maximise market share through excellent service and understanding of customer needs and actively deepen customer relationships through leveraging on value propositions as key enablers.
•Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, and provide continuous feedback on how to better improve HomeAsia’s quality of sales and productivity standards.
Requirements:
•Relevant telesales experience with a proven sales track record
•Strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
•Motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales
