Job Description

We are currently looking for 50 Technical Support Agents on a full-time permanent post-graduation job.
======= Job Scope =======
There is a monthly rotating shift based roster of
5 days a week of minimum 40 hours.
The Support Hours are:
9am to 9pm Monday - Friday
9am to 6pm Saturday - Sunday
(divided into shifts)
Role Expectations:
- Working on a Monthly Rotating Shift
- Supporting China Hours
- Shift rostering may involve working on Singapore public holidays
- Minimum of 40 hours a week
- Attendance and punctuality are very important
- The company has an excellent work environment
- A brand new gym with subsidized membership
- In-house Cafe
- Brand new Call Centre and facilities
- Health Cover
- Employee Purchase Plan along with other perks
- Training will be provided on recruitment
- Training period for new hires is 16 days + a one week transition period
- 1.5 hours per week training per agent with regular weekly team meetings
- Minimum of 12 months contract commitment required for the role

The applicant should be
1. fluent in Mandarin and English
2. a Singaporean, have Permanent Residency or legit Work permit
3. have a degree/diploma in IT related field or more than a year's experience in technical support
