Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work very closely with our customers to gain a deep understanding of what makes them tick, and use this knowledge to iimprove business processes:

  • Develop a deep awareness of customer needs and profiles via in-depth conversations with Helpling customers
  • Conceive develop, and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction from the information you receive
  • Obtain and follow up on customer feedback across different departments
  • Re-activate past/one-time customers and convert to current/recurring ones (e.g. use promotions, campaigns etc)
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
  • At least 1+ years work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu in order to liaise with multilingual speaking associates
  • Empathic personality with excellent communication & listening skills and a pleasant telephone voice and manners
  • High degree of reliability and organizational skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce and call centre/customer service environment
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice
