KEY REQUIREMENTS/DELIVERABLES:

• Provide Level 1 technical support and initial trouble-shooting
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot production systems to identify discrepancies and potential problems
• Must be a Graduate in Computer Science /IT or Diploma in Computer /IT
• Must have good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Must be customer-focused
• Must be able to work alone and in teams
• Good analytical mind & quick learning ability
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to pick up technically
• Good to have 1 or 2 certifications in System administration/Storage/Database/Networking/ITIL
• Initiative/Self Starter - Able to reach out to other groups for further understanding of process or data need
• Excellent Time Management/Prioritization Skill
