Job Description
This role will be suitable for those individuals aspiring to learn more about the financial services industry. By utilising your attention to detail and strong work ethic, you will be given many opportunities to grow within our organisation. On a daily basis, you may be asked to :
- Assist in the preparation, reconciliation and reporting of various investment portfolios.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping of various investment entities.
- Prepare invoices and monitor payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
- Assist in staff payroll matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the company’s investment professionals.
- Plan and schedule investment related meetings, both domestic and international.
We are looking for an individual who is dynamic and adaptive to different tasks. While some accounting knowledge is preferred, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are what we are looking for.
