Job Description
Established in 1999, Hark Music – School of Pop is a leading pop music school in Singapore, specializing in teenagers to working adults. We developed our own exclusive teaching - The HARK Teaching Concept and has proven to be an effective approach to maximise the potential of passionate music lovers, by providing students with new insights of the music concepts and applications.
Responsibilities:
• To perform excellent customer services to prospects and students
• To perform incoming & outgoing calls co-ordination by liaising with prospects, students. instructors
• To perform administration activities
Requirements:
• Possess good communication skills & presentation skills with good command of English and Mandarin
• Good phone etiquette
• With positive attitude
• Passion for music and loves to meet people.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
