- Outlet newly opened or to open
- Categorize hotels and their hotel groups
- Analyzing market and mapping the prospects per area
- Make use of different materials such as local newspapers & websites, social medias (Facebook,
LinkedIn and other social supports) and subscribe to web letters and be informed on happening events.
Emailing our prospects:
Work with Mailchimp with different projects and products
Send new offer on a weekly basis
- According to expiration date: create promotions consequently
- According to client’s feedbacks: create special offers consequently
Phoning our prospects
- Follow-up with potential clients (Lead sheet)
- Introduce our gourmet brands to hotels/restaurants
Setting appointments (the sooner the better)
SUBSEQUENT MISSION
- Attend meetings with the team
- Schedule of the week: sourcing, phoning & prospection (planning sheet)
Brainstorming on emailing approaches
Organize follow-up with potential clients previously contacted
Update weekly sales report (Including best sellers, sales progression...)
- With the help of logistic department evaluate weekly stock per brand
Follow up and report to the team expiry dates per product
- Brainstorm and share ideas to improve the efficiency of the team work
