We are now looking for a Marketing and Communication Intern to assist the current team.

(Job Description)

Supporting the regional marketing and business development team in the following key areas:

-Handling new business, existing client and other information requests from various Grey Group offices in the Asia Pacific region and from other regions, including

-Searching and collating internal information such as creative work, case studies, network and local market credentials and strategic presentations

-Sourcing external knowledge such as latest trends and case studies through research tools and web

-Populating the regional Intranet with creative work, case studies, network and strategic planning resources from internal and external sources

-Managing the execution and logistics of various internal and external regional marketing and business development projects and initiatives such as:

a.Newsletters and direct mailers

b.Microsite/grey.com site

c.Creative compilations and show reels

d.Credentials reels

e.New business kits

-Providing administrative support and assistance with logistics arrangement for regional meetings
