Role and Responsibilities
- Perform function related to the review, assessment, and development of business processes
- Focus is on the effective use of resources, both people and technology, in the execution of the business process
- Execute business-process administration to analyze and translate departments’ business requirements into system deployments and/or business process changes
- As
a change agent to help facilitate effective deployments/modifications to
current practices. Incumbents serve all section within the Group Insurance Dept
Qualifications and Education Requirements / Preferred Skills
Knowledge of
AS400 and cobol programming preferred
