Job Description

Description:

• 3 - 6 months internship programme. *Paid*

• Monitoring all forms of media.

• Scheduling and co-ordinating speaking engagements, appearances, photo shoots, and other special events.

• Write Press releases & other materials

• Assist with the creation of media kits and digital campaigns

• Assist with mailings, and print production (if need be)

• Create interview preparation materials

• Compile contact lists

• Search for press clippings

• Create or update databases

• Greet guests and clients during events

Our office hours are from 10am - 7.30pm, but due to artistic deadlines, sometime you may require to work additional hours from home to deliver the product.

Skills required:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong writing skills (with solid understanding of social media)
• Some Public relations experience

• Familiarity with Google Docs - or - Microsoft Exel/applications

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines 

• Entry is open to non-graduates, as long as skill-sets are met. But preference will be given to those with relevant degrees/diplomas.
