Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of policies & procedures
· Prepare & maintain GBS staff handbook and other HR-related forms
· Write & place job advertisements on various recruitment portals
· In-charge of the recruitment process for full timers & interns
· Recommend new approaches, policies & procedures for the continual improvement of department
· Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned
Ideal Requirements:
· Possess excellent written English and fluent in spoken English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
· Highly motivated & proactive
· Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
· Position open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
