Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist who is talented, creative and passionate people joining our all-star team that we are currently building in Singapore. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Singapore, you should have the ambition and capability to design and run the digital marketing campaigns setup by us. As a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be a key member of the Marketing team working with closely with the CMO, to roll out and manage all online/digital marketing campaigns. You will play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day marketing communication with our customers stays consistent, fun and exciting.

You are the right fit for us if the below tasks resonates with you -

  • ·  Have a passion for marketing – showing our product in a new light
  • ·Active customer engagement – ensure that active customers are receiving communications via EDM, Facebook posts, offline marketing that have promos, featured products, and other information that is relevant to them with the objective of increasing frequency, AOV, and monthly spend
  • ·         Work with external stakeholders on potential partnerships – Banks, eCommerce sites and so.
  • ·         Social media – manage ‘organic” social media channels (Facebook, other) by delivering content to increase audience size and activity
  • ‘ReferALL program management – promote and monitor metrics for our in-house refer-all program which provides customers with an incentive to refer their friends and family to use Getex.
  • -       Have excellent organization and communication skills.
