Job Description

In this role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Director and working alongside with the Founder/ Director and you will be responsible in enhancing customer engagement with Gem By Gems's unique positioning on products and services, with WOW customer experience. 

  • ·       360 Marketing project which includes driving long-term engagement with customers to build customer loyalty and relationship.
  • ·       Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns / strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement via digital and mobile platforms.
  • ·       Develop and execute these strategies via our mobile marketing channels.
  • ·       To execute graphics and design production for Company marketing & promotional materials
  • ·       To develop artwork and design of menu, brochures, flyers, banners and promotional materials
  • ·       To work closely with production house and printers to meet projects timelines
  • ·       Designing promotional marketing materials/ catalogues/ photo books
  • ·       Conduct post launch campaign analysis and evaluate the success of each marketing campaign.
  • ·       Perform AB testing to continually optimize marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • ·       Maintain and monitor campaign metrics and KPIs, and track performance and results over time.
  • ·       Evaluate buyer purchase patterns and behavior, develop in-depth understanding of core customer needs to build customer loyalty.
  • ·       Identify customers who have the potential for future growth – revenue and purchase frequency that will create substantial impact on company’s growth plan.
  • ·       Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires or survey.
  • ·       Analyze customers’ behaviors, current market conditions and competitors’ information.
  • ·       Support all other marketing initiatives.
