Job Description
The Role:
- Learn and be competent at service and geeks duties
- Understand and perform multi coordinations
- Supervises preparation and positioning of people
- Duty roster planning, handle staff/ customer feedback.
- Manage labour cost/ inventory/ wastage/ cash/ product yields
- Maintain high standards of customer experience
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work in fast pace environment and rotating shifts
- Customer service oriented
