Marketing Intern (Customer Loyalty Management)

Job Scope:

The key bedrock of operating a customer loyalty base stems from the management of the customer information to the engagement of customer through events and launch of customer loyalty perks. This project will help the student to build insights into the end to end approach to building customer loyalty.

Key functions of this role will be:

1) Enhancing processes for customer loyalty data management

2) Assist in the management of customer loyalty events

3) Assist in the development of marketing collateral to create effective loyalty events
