• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with recruitment activities
• Assist with preparation of new hire orientation packages
• Design and revamp new HR Newsletter
• Assist with HR events like orientation and recruitment events
• Work with stakeholders on the setup of e-Recruitment portal

======= Job requirements =======
• Diploma or Undergraduate specializing in HR
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Powerpoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
