Your role
Foxysales Pte. Ltd. is looking for a fresh graduate for a short-term contract in sales administration to be based in Singapore. You will be in charge of assisting the business development managers in preparing the sales and facilitate the act of purchase. You will have the opportunity to follow the entire sales process from preparing, implementing, launching and reporting the sales for your brands.
Responsibilities
• Link with the brands & business development managers to prepare the daily sales campaigns (Product descriptions, pricing, pictures renaming) on the preformed Excel template and publish them on the website.
• Prepare, test and adjust the daily newsletters sent to the subscribers to ensure good deliverability, high opening and click through rates to drive traffic and increase sales
• Ensure maximization of transformation rates for each campaign
Your profile
• A Diploma or Bachelor degree in business / sales administration
• Microsoft Excel high-proficiency with interest for analytics & figure analysis
• Entrepreneurship mindset: curiosity, adventurous and strong team player
• Eager to work with an international team
• Strong command of verbal and written English
• Hands-on skills
• Rigorous and meticulous
