We are currently seeking a self-motivated customer care executive to join our customer service department in Singapore.
Your main task will be to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of our customers!
Your responsibilities:
- Managing incoming customer requests (emails, telephone) on problems with their orders
- Actively monitor the status of orders made on Foodora, until their completion
- Managing calls from customers, drivers and restaurants
- Actively cooperate with the driver and restaurants to ensure that the orders to carry out regular
- Very close cooperation with our other departments (Key Account Management, Operations, Sales)
- Ideally previous experience in a call center or customer service
- Good communicator and have good listening skills
- Proactive, independent, stress management
- Flexible and available to work on shifts
- Good English
