Their clients are consumers suffering from two key complaints in residences all over Singapore: a) "WiFi isn't fast enough" and b) "WiFi doesn't reach every room". Their product is a multi-router "Wireless Distribution System", which allows us to create a fast, reliable network across their entire home, without any need for ugly cables.

Your role
Analysis and design of LAN/ WAN network configuration based on survey from customer's premises
Work with procurement to order the correct network equipment and sub-contractors for the job
Manage sub-contractors during installation of solution at customers' site
Attend to and resolve customers' issues in the field

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Computer/ Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
2 years experience in technical sales and/ or support
Technically competent in setting up of wireless networks
Must be comfortable working independently
Strong presentation and communications skills
Due to Government restrictions only Singaporean citizens, Permanent Residents and Dependent Pass holders need apply.
