======= Job Scope =======
• Nurtures an online community of prosumers (producers+consumers) in Asia Pacific
• Develops and implements strategies for community growth
• Kick-starts engagement process through newsletters, electronic direct mailers, social media tools and good ol' offline methods
• Manages the organization's social media profiles: Facebook (including Social Ads), Twitter, Youtube etc
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and implementation
• Gathers and addresses feedback
• Develops partnerships with websites, blogs, schools and other communities within the region
• Monitors website front office and back office functions
• In-house copywriter and blogger for both community and corporate blogs

• Highly communicative and pleasant personality
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English - written and verbal
• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
