Job Description
We are a Singapore-based boutique firm that offers consulting and support services in the field of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
We work selectively with clients in Asia and North America and focus on high impact initiatives. We are interested in offering one internship for diploma/degree students for a period of 6 to 8 weeks :
Position : Research Associate – Executive Search - Intern
Job Code : EXP/1111/RA-ES-INT/SG
Location : Singapore
The selected candidate will support senior consultant(s) in collecting, analysing and presenting information on specific industry sectors, companies and key individuals.
He/she will collect information from published sources as well as through telephonic research and interviews.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree students, or recent graduates.
• Prior experience in secondary market research, telemarketing or tele-interviewing preferred.
• Good telephone conversation skills.
• Good interpersonal and general conversation skills.
• Strong abilities in internet-based research and analysis. Ability to manage and organize data.
• Multilingual (English and Mandarin/Other Asian languages) skills preferred.
• Resourcefulness and Perseverance.
• Willingness to work in a small team
