Job Description

At Evolve, our Operations teams are responsible for positively impacting the lives of others by sharing the benefits of healthy living and martial arts. They are driven, confident professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. 

The Role:

  • Work closely with, and learn from, the Operations, Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams of the Company
  • Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via the EvolveMMA Academy’s internal system
  • Assist with maintaining a premium and consistent brand identity across platforms, for      example; social media, merchandising    
  • Support Operations and Sales teams in ensuring all marketing collateral are arranged according to company standards
  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications     
  • Learn and experience the management of Evolve academy's operations and customer retention programs 

Skills Required:

  •     Excellent communication skills – written and verbal 
  •     Problem-solving skills 
  •     Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees and customers 
  •     Ability to work independently, and within a team
  •     Ability to work retail/ shift hours
  •     Embody high levels of ethics, values, integrity and trust
