Job Description
Job Overview:

At Evolve, our Marketing/ Operations team are responsible for positively impacting the lives of others by sharing the benefits of healthy living and martial arts. They are driven, confident professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. The team represents the Evolve brand by understanding the importance of maintaining the World Champion standards of excellence, and by providing outstanding customer service.

The Role:

  • Work collaboratively with the Operations, Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via the EvolveMMA Academy’s internal system
  • Assist with maintaining a premium and consistent brand identity across platforms, for      example; social media, merchandising    
  • Support Operations and Sales teams in ensuring all marketing collateral are arranged according to company standards
  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications     
  • Learn and experience the management of Evolve academy's operations and customer retention      programs 

Skills Required/ Gained:

  •     Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – including formal presentation skills 
  •     Problem-solving skills - the ability to think and approach situations creatively
  •     Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees and customers 
  •     Ability to work under pressure
  •     Ability to work independently and within a team
  •     Embody high levels of ethics, values, integrity and trust
