Successful candidate will:
- Plan, coordinate and manage special project from inception to implementation.
- Be the primary liaison for vendors and suppliers on related project matters.
- Work closely with the event venue and hotel, manage seat allocations and communications.
Desired Qualifications
- University/ Polytechnic candidates in year 2 and above.
- Event planning and management experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel (advanced) and Word.
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions and function independently in a fast paced environment.
