Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a successful candidate to gain first hand, on the job experience with our organisation. We offer internship allowance.

Successful candidate will support the Corporate Information Technology department with:
- Providing end user desktop support in terms of advice and any assistance over the phone, email or on-site as and when required.
- Tracking, routing and re-directing unresolved queries to next level of support.
- Walking users though problem solving process.
- Monitoring the server log to identify potential threat and take necessary corrective action.
- Liaising with external suppliers, contractors and consultants on IT related projects or matters.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
Desired Qualifications
- University/ Polytechnic candidates currently in year 2 and above, major in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
