Job Description

Mission 

 As a member of the Marketing and Communications team, the mission of the intern is to contribute to the achievement of ESSEC Asia-Pacific’s marketing and communication activities.

The intern will help the marketing team to have a deep knowledge of the education market in the Asia-Pacific region through reports, benchmark and analyses as well as support the team in its daily activities with a strong focus on the Events Management.

 Duties and responsibilities 

Conduct market studies and benchmark the other academic players in order to have a good knowledge and understanding of the competitive environment.

Benchmark the education players in terms of creatives, brochures, advertising campaigns.

Support the team to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns (reports of eDM and online campaigns, website traffic, etc.) and compile the various campaigns and marketing collaterals for each program.

Help to update and clean the ESSEC Asia-Pacific’s database.

Assist to create relevant content for BBA and postgraduate programs from a student’s perspective for ESSEC digital platforms

Assist the team in the preparation and organization of events. Help to manage events and contribute through logistics support on the day of the events.

- Coordinate the organization of events with students associations.

 Requirements

 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor and Master degree. Academic background in Business, Marketing or Communication.

Previous professional experience or internship in a marketing or communication department is a plus.

Pays attention to details, analytical skills.

Communication and writing skills.

Adaptable,  proactive, flexible and able to work in a multicultural team.
