Internship - Community Manager ESSEC Asia-Pacific

Do you have a passion for Social Media? Are you an active player in the online world of Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin?

ESSEC Asia-Pacific is building its social media strategy for the region. We are looking for a passionate candidate who can manage and grow our online social media channels, making sure of having a good interaction level, relevant discussions, and ensuring that there is synergy in the different platforms. We are looking for someone who can step in and help us to build our online brand equity in a landscape that is in constant change.

Responsibilities:

The community manager will contribute and deploy the social media plan for ESSEC Asia-Pacific.

• Drive preference for our academic and executive programs and contribute ESSEC Asia-Pacific brand overall through digital channels

• Develop and manage the editorial calendar that ensures timely and consistent execution of social media engagement for each channel

• Lead social conversation and engagement with key influencers for message amplification

• Enforce community rules and behavioral guidelines

• Participate daily in social media engagement and conversations

• Identify and scope opportunities to integrate digital executions as part of larger integrated marketing campaigns

• Stay aware of social marketing tools and industry trends

• Benchmark and research on competitor and industry leaders in social media

• Participate to other communication tasks on demand

Requirements:

• Passion for social media and digital landscape: being an active and avid participant in the digital space

• Experience working on social media related projects/programs

• Good writing skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to generate ideas and work within minimal guidance

• Copywriting and editorial planning experience is a plus
