ES Recruitment seeking an excellent problem solver and an effective communicator who loves working with numbers to join as Assistant Finance Manager/ Senior Group Accountant. The ideal candidate will be in charge to ensure integrity of financial data, provide guidance to finance staff, manage the treasury and corporate functions of the Group, and contribute financial advice to the Group’s strategic growth.

Your Task
Develop recruitment policy, orientation and training programs for finance staff.
Develop an efficient financial reporting policy and procedure.
Prepare monthly consolidation financial statements for management
Keep full sets of account for holding companies
Design and implement internal controls.
Ensure compliance to various rules and regulations.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
Assist in merger and acquisitions.
Forecast financial resources requirement and allocate them within the Group.
Tax planning of the Group and any other adhoc projects.
Requirements
Singaporean with Accounting Degree or relevant qualifications
3 years min experience in Full Set & Group Consolidation
