Ermenegildo Zegna Far-East Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

Responsibilities include:

• ·         Prepare press kit for dissemination to press and PR partners.
• ·         Assist in sending out seasonal press releases to press if necessary
• ·         Liaise with press and stylists for management of press sample loans
• ·         Scan magazines and newspapers for editorial coverage.
• ·         Manage press clippings and compilation of monthly editorial reports
• ·         Collect invoices from suppliers/partners and assist with monthly submission of invoices and checking of GL Listings
• ·         Entry of orders of collaterals in Zegna Portal (including DM, Advertising guideline booklet etc.)
• ·         Ad-hoc duties if need arises

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Passionate about men’s fashion and the luxury goods industry
• With initiative and possess a flair in fashion
• Minimum qualification: Year 2 students from the Business School
