Maintain our library resources and computer systems 2. Monitor Library Book collections and handle all student enquiries, including assisting on the use of printing materials 3. Ensure all equipments are utilized by students in accordance to Institute's regulations 4. Assist in other operational tasks which will include administrative work 5. Liaise with students on daily affairs Students from any field may apply. Skills Required: * Excellent communication skills in English * Strong initiative and highly responsible, especially towards meeting deadlines * Previous work experience as a librarian or in Customer Services will be an advantage * Able to work 11am to 6pm immediately ---------------------------------------------------- We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
