Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Hardware related:
- Support server hardware and software on Windows e.g. 2003/2008
- Support exchange server e.g. 2007/2010
- PC support on Win XP Pro / Win 7 Pro / Win 8 Pro for both hardware and software
- Support system and network infrastructure
- Support remote desktop terminal services.
- Setup new desktops, configurations, transfer from old to new pc
• Software related
- Configuring of email on hand phones / tablets/ iphones / ipad
- Configuring of network devices such as network printers, wireless access devices.
- Updating of website
• Basic IT duties:
- IT admin, IT filing, drafting IT requirement for acquisition
- Attend to IT helpdesk emails and calls
- PC refresh exercise
• Misc IT duties:
- Supporting ad hoc IT requests from users or work as assigned.
Experience/qualifications requirements:
• Min. Diploma/ ITE computer related studies
• Knowledge in IT programming language advantage
• System integrator experienced preferred (if any)
• A strong team player, meticulous, approachable and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and follow up with assigned tasks
• Training provided
